Perry Phat Nguyen is the founder of Nguyen Financial Associates, a home-based business in Oakland.  Professionally trained in the discipline of Classical Music for all his adult life, Mr. Nguyen became a Real Estate Investor in the late 1990s.  Seizing the opportunity in the Real Estate market, he made his financial fortune but lost most of it during the market crash in 2008.
